Friday, July 18, 2008 - Isle of Man Railways operated an 'official'
re-opening car over the Manx Electric Railway's northern section
between Laxey & Ramsey carrying invited guests and others,
in readiness for the start of a passenger timetable the following
day. The above two views show the car (winter saloon 19 and trailer
58) returning from Ramsey, at Ballaragh with a few passengers on
board - the invited guets had returned to Laxey by special bus.
